Real Estate Branding In A Tight Market






Lately I've been having some great conversations with Real Estate agents in the Seattle-Bellevue area about the importance of branding themselves. One such agent is Mark Mizuno out of the Redmond John L Scott office. Mark and I met on the Membership Committee at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle.




One day over lunch in the lounge we began talking about how Mark could distinguish himself from all of the agents still left standing in a tightening market. We talked about Mark's love of music and what type of clients he really enjoys working with. By the end of our talk Mark went from a friend to a client and we had a vision for Brand Mizuno.



We had the emotion down, now we needed to give it a visual representation. Working with the team at KilmerHansen graphic design we started the process with three penciled concepts for Mark's new logo. Once we had our primary concept we presented six digital concepts. From that we began to refine through regular reviews with Mark the final product to be sure we were on track with his vision.
I haven't included the final version of Mark's logo here as that is for him to share with you all. I did how ever want to thank Mark for his business and show off what our team can do.
